Iron flap hydraulic unloading platform

The hydraulic unloading platform serves as a transition device between the platform loading area and the truck during loading and unloading, enabling forklift equipment to enter and exit the truck on a flat plane, loading and unloading goods in a convenient and efficient manner.

The complete electro-hydraulic unloading platform consists of an integrated hydraulic system, an integral table top structure, a loose-leaf hitch plate structure, an open base, safety foot side guards, and two standard impact protection rubbers, all manufactured in accordance with EN1398 standards, featuring stable performance, easy operation, smooth running, low maintenance and simple repair.

Product Features

Under the working condition, the hitching plate of the overturning plate unloading platform turns over 90 degrees parallel to the platform plate under the drive of the hydraulic system, and naturally descends with the unloading platform to hitch to the end of the lorry (container), at this time, the forklift equipment can be used to enter and exit the lorry and load and unload the goods on a flat plane.

Platform structure
Adopting the overall platform surface structure design, the surface of the high-strength tensile pattern board countertop. The bottom skeleton of the panel adopts steel profile or 14# I-beam support structure according to customer's requirements, which effectively decomposes the distribution of force and reduces the torsion of the skeleton. The static load capacity of the table top ranges from 8 tonnes to a maximum of 15 tonnes, and the dynamic load ranges from 5 tonnes to a maximum of 10 tonnes.

surface treatment

The steel structural parts are subjected to strict surface treatment of shot blasting and rust removal, without any welding spatter and slag.
All steel structure components have been through two primers, two topcoats, and the choice of high-quality polyurethane topcoat and varnish, film thickness of not less than 0.08mm, drying treatment; standard topcoat selection of blue RAL5010.

The smooth transition of the tail section effectively reduces the impact of bumps generated during loading on the cargo, forklift and driver's neck.
Assembling and repairing support rods
The unloading platform is equipped with an assembly and maintenance support bar to support the unloading platform and ensure the safety of the operator under the platform during equipment maintenance and overhaul or pit cleaning.
Open Loose-leaf Joint Construction
Made of high-strength tensile patterned steel plate, connected by a high-strength galvanised shaft steel with a diameter of 25-30mm (1"-1.2"). Open type loose-leaf joints increase the weld area up to 300% compared to traditional tube type welded joints, increasing the force area by more than 2.5 times, so that the loose-leaf small spanner increases up to 4 times the load-bearing capacity; and it is easier to maintain.
power unit
Consists of an integrated hydraulic system and hydraulic pump station. The power unit is mounted on the base of the unloading platform, installed above the pit level and away from rubbish and debris. One-piece hydraulic system. Suitable for ambient temperatures up to 40°C (100°F). Single pipe connection extends the life of the fully sealed hydraulic system and hydraulic pump station, reducing maintenance costs.
Solenoid and explosion-proof valves
Can be in the process of unloading, when the truck suddenly left the platform unloading area, the solenoid valve quickly act to prevent the rapid decline of the platform, can make the goods and forklift trucks to keep in the horizontal plane, minimise the occurrence of accidents, to ensure the safety of the operator.
