The hitch plate of the telescopic unloading platform is hidden inside the unloading platform, and the hydraulic system pushes the hitch plate out to hitch to the rear part of the truck under working condition.

Lap boards are available in sizes between 500-1000mm, allowing for a larger and safer contact area between the truck and the platform.

Technical Parameters

labrum The lip plate is made of 16mm patterned board processing, the whole board without splicing, long-term use without cracking and deformation. This program is an optional configuration.
countertop The countertop is a full sheet of patterned board with a thickness of 8mm. The whole board has no splicing, no cracking or deformation for long-term use. This program is an optional configuration.
Platform structure Adopting the overall platform surface structure design, the surface of the high-strength tensile pattern board countertop. The bottom skeleton of the panel adopts steel profile or 14# I-beam support structure according to customer's requirement, which can effectively decompose the distribution of force and reduce the torsion of the skeleton. The static load capacity of the table top ranges from 8 tons to maximum 15 tons, and the dynamic load ranges from 5 tons to maximum 10 tons.
surface treatment The steel structural parts are subjected to strict surface treatment of shot blasting and rust removal, without any welding spatter and slag. All the steel structure components have gone through two primers, two topcoats, and the choice of high-quality polyurethane topcoats and varnishes, paint film thickness of not less than 0.08mm, drying treatment; the standard topcoat selection of blue RAL5010.
power unit It consists of an integrated hydraulic system and a hydraulic pump station. The power unit is mounted on the base of the unloading platform, installed above the pit level and away from trash and debris. One-piece hydraulic system is divided into main and auxiliary cylinders. Suitable for ambient temperatures up to 40°C (100°F). Single tube connection extends the life of the fully sealed hydraulic system and hydraulic pump station, reducing maintenance costs.
Solenoid and explosion-proof valves Can be in the process of unloading, when the truck suddenly left the platform unloading area, the solenoid valve quickly act to prevent the rapid decline of the platform, can make the goods and forklift trucks to keep in the level, minimize the occurrence of accidents, to ensure the safety of the operator.

Telescopic platforms with 1000 mm lap panels are particularly suitable for applications requiring thermal insulation, such as cold storage, and are completely sealed by installing a lift door with thermal insulation in front of the telescopic platform.
